One year after it was first launched, Skånetrafiken’s new app is regularly used by around 190,000 travellers. The CSI score for the “Buy Ticket” function has never been higher. That’s why one out of every three commuters in the Skåne region chooses to buy their monthly travel ticket in the app. Users are satisfied with the new system and more than half of them consider it to be better than the old one.
“We want a solution that enables our customers to travel simply and smartly, as and when they wish,” says Camilla Bunke, Head of Sales at Skånetrafiken. “Soon it will also be possible, for example, to use the app to buy tickets and monthly travel cards to and from Denmark. This is a function that many people have long been requesting.”
