JOHANNA FAGRELL KÖHLER RESIGNS FROM HiQ’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Johanna Fagrell Köhler, Director of the Board of HiQ International AB, has announced that she will be leaving the company’s Board with immediate effect after having accepted an operational role in another company.

“Johanna Fagrell Köhler has been a member of HiQ’s Board of Directors since 2011 and has through her long experience in digitalisation and entrepreneurship provided valuable knowledge and experiences to HiQ’s operations. In her new operative role Johanna will naturally no longer be able to commit herself to her work as a member of HiQ’s Board of Directors. We send warm thanks for her commitment to HiQ and wish her all the best for the future”, says Gunnel Duveblad, Chairman of HiQ International AB.

Sven Ivar Mörch new CEO and President of HiQ

HiQ International today announces that Sven Ivar Mørch will be the new Chief Executive Officer and President of HiQ. Sven Ivar Mørch will from 1 December replace Lars Stugemo who leaves the position after 25 successful years in the company, the last 20 of them as its CEO and President.

“It’s really exciting to be a part of HiQ and I have since long been deeply impressed by the company’s competence and culture. HiQ provides support for InfoSolutions’ mobile Covid-19 testing

HiQ is assisting InfoSolutions with their assignment from the Public Health Agency of Sweden (Folkhälsomyndigheten) to increase national accessibility of testing for Covid-19. It involves PCR testing, which diagnoses active coronavirus infection.

“This is the second project we’ve participated in that aims to reduce the impact of Covid-19 on the world. It’s nice to see that our broad knowledge in digitalising the healthcare sector and e-health will help control the pandemic,” says Helena Forsmark, Managing Director of HiQ Stockholm.
