HiQ simplifies the employment process

It will now be easier for the newly arrived immigrants to integrate in the Swedish society, even before being granted asylum. HiQ has developed the web application Anställ Privat for Adalta, a service that simplifies the process of employing people.

– It feels great to be able to help people who usually have difficulties entering the job market, says Anna Kleine, CEO of HiQ Skåne.

Anställ Privat allows individuals to hire another individual without having to comply with the laws and regulations that apply. The service makes a normally complicated administrative task simple, by creating the necessary agreements, applications and reports that the Swedish Tax Agency and the Migration Board can request.
– We are driven by our desire to simplify and improve people’s lives with the help of technology, and this is a great example of how we can make something tricky and complicated to something simple and useful, says Anna Kleine.

As a user, you only fill in basic information and pay the administrative fee via Swish, the system manages the rest. Once the working time has been registered in the system, Anställ Privat creates the necessary forms and calculate the tax return.

– Our driving force is primarily to facilitate for the people who come to Sweden. If you get the chance to work while looking for a permanent job, you get an opportunity to get to know Sweden, speak Swedish, build a network and gain a merit in your resume, says Cecilia Brunnström, one of the founders of Anställ Direkt.

Work tasks may vary, but common tasks such as lawn mowing, walking the dog, fence painting or updating programs on the computer are the most popular. The service is especially suitable for short employment, for example for asylum seekers, retirees or schoolchildren.

Ingelsta Kalkon chooses HiQ to integrate APSIS One marketing platform

When turkey producer Ingelsta Kalkon chose the marketing platform APSIS One to automate its digital communication, HiQ was the natural choice to integrate the platform. HiQ will develop and administrate the APSIS One integrations using its own Frends integration platform.

HiQ a winner in Public Health Agency of Sweden’s procurement of IT consulting

HiQ is one of the winners in the Public Health Agency’s procurement of IT consulting services and has signed a framework agreement for a one-year collaboration with the possibility of extension.
