HiQ – Career Company of the Year for the third successive year

For the third year in succession HiQ has been named as one of Sweden’s Career Companies. HiQ won this honour in competition with some 5,000 other companies and 600 government agencies, authorities and municipalities.

Karriärföretagen, the organisation behind the Career Companies award, has made a thorough assessment of every participating company and institution based on reliability, financial stability, growth, diversity, equality, career opportunities, responsiveness, competence development, sustainability and transparency. Only participants with a proven track record of excellent performance in all of these areas qualify for nomination. The final selection is made by a jury that also examines the work that the respective organisation does in terms of employer branding.

“A great deal of the HiQ brand is the result of the attitudes and actions of our employees. That is something that we often hear from our clients, and we work hard to create a work environment and a corporate culture that reflects our core values: results, responsibility, simplicity and joy. To once again be honoured with the title of ‘Career Company of the Year’ is a wonderful acknowledgement of the success of the efforts of each and every one of us here at HiQ,” says Helene Hammarberg, who works with Talent Development at HiQ.

“When we first set up HiQ, one of our main objectives was to create the kind of company that people want to work for and with. Our success in achieving this aim is something I see every day in my meetings with all of our awesome clients and co-workers. This award is a welcome pat on the back for all 1,500 HiQ co-workers for the fantastic job that they are doing,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

HiQ is constantly on the look-out for new stars who can see the potential that technology offers to make people’s lives simpler and better. Details of all current job opportunities at HiQ are posted on hiq.se/jobs
