HiQ helps VL to modernize and simplify its main communication channel www.vl.se. Each year, millions of journeys are carried out by public transport in the county. The new solution improves for both travellers and personnel.
”We wanted an external web that exudes 2015, both in looks and usability as well as while working with it. The new vl.se is fast, accessible, user-friendly and simplifies everyday life for everyone who travels with us. Naturally, the solution is designed to work just as well in a smartphone as on a computer or tablet,” says Marie Christensson, Head of Marketing and information at VL/Kollektivtrafikmyndigheten Västmanland.
The new solution focuses on the travellers’ needs, enabling them to quickly and easily find the most important functionality in order to plan and carry out their trips.
