HiQ helps Atea, the Nordic IT infrastructure supplier, to automate its business processes, which will make operations more efficient and thereby improve Atea’s competitiveness.
The collaboration is a part of the new framework agreement between Atea and HiQ.
The delivery to Atea Finland includes a business-oriented architecture model and an integration solution.
“Automated processes and data harmonization are fundamentals of modern competitive ability. HiQ provides us with a solution model that supports our business, flexible tools, and insight on integration. With these basic elements in place, we can focus on our core business”, says Tommi Tietäväinen, Head of ICT at Atea Finland.
The demands on outsourcing, improving efficiency, and networking have exponentially increased the amount of communication within and between organisations – and thereby their need for integration. HiQ is an expert on this area and has helped many global brands to improve and streamline their operations.
“A sensible integration seals the gap between business and IT. With our in-depth expertise on both technology and business, we can help our clients make their business processes simpler and more efficient, which improves their competitive ability”, says Jukka Rautio, Managing Director of HiQ Finland.
