Excessive time-saves, happier customers and a halving of the number of error reports. Those are some of the results since the pensions company Prognosia hired HiQ to draw up a new IT strategy.
“This helps us to run even faster and is completely in line with our ambition to become one of the leading pension savings companies in Sweden. And the project isn’t even finished yet,” says Prognosia’s CEO Johan Rutgersson.
In the past, Prognosia received around 20 IT concerned error reports per week, now the number is only 7-8 reports each week. And there are more examples:
“A direct debit used to take around 4-6 hours, now we’re down at 12 minutes. That is a radical improvement,” says Johan Rutgersson.
Today, IT is business critical in all industries. As a constantly growing company, with increased IT demands, Prognosia took in HiQ to analyse, evaluate and produce a sustainable IT strategy for the future.
