HiQ supports Seco Tools’ business processes through the development of applications and systems that will support the industrial group’s account managers, customers and administrators.
The new solutions are presented at Seco Tools marketing convention in December.

HiQ helps Seco Tools to develop several different applications, among other things a new mobile CRM system. Common for the new solutions is that they all offer the account managers and customers simple and fast access to important information. For example, the account managers will now have a central area for contacts, customer information, leads, orders, stock, prices and statistics for key products.
“Before, our sales companies world-over used to create systems of their own, but now we are creating a central high-quality system for everyone. It’s mobile so that the account managers can use it on any device. Our systems haven’t been available everywhere but now they will be,” says Anders Dahlberg, IT-Manager for Information, Product & Marketing Systems at Seco Tools.
