Volvo On Call makes it simple for the Volvo driver to control and manage important functions such as fuel levels, heating and unlocking the car, with the help of a mobile application. HiQ has together with Volvo Cars constructed an easy-to-use support portal where users can easily receive answers to questions regarding the service.
“Volvo Cars wanted a modern and available solution for online customers who have questions about the Volvo services. After prestudy and demand analysis we have designed and implemented a cloud based help page. This is yet another exciting assignment for us in the innovative automotive industry,” says Jerker Lindstén, Managing Director at HiQ in Gothenburg.
“We see a great interest in Volvo On Call. Every second new Volvo in Sweden is equipped with Volvo On Call. With the solution that HiQ and Volvo Cars have developed, we have a better tool for answering all of the questions from the users,” says Cari Johansson, Connectivity Manager at Volvo Cars.
HiQ has a strong offering in the automotive segment, in several different areas such as Active Safety and Infotainment. In December HiQ also won the prestigious Volvo Quality Through Excellence Award .
