HiQ chosen as Lindorff's quality partner

Finland’s leading provider of debt-related administrative services, Lindorff, teams up with the quality expert HiQ to ensure the performance and scalability of its new system.

HiQ’s performance testing services provided Lindorff with valuable information on the state of its system and laid a foundation for enhanced user experience.

”Software development is not actually Lindorff’s core business, but it is gaining more significance in our operations. Therefore, performance testing as well as quality assurance in general is becoming increasingly important. HiQ provided us with a well-packaged service for testing the performance of our new application effortlessly,” says Tomi Juhola, development lead at Lindorff.

Lindorff’s objective was to ensure successful performance of its new service, a collection commission management application that serves the entire collection commission life cycle and allows the company to communicate with the customer at every stage of the process.

”Performance testing provides valuable information on the state of an application. It is a small investment with a huge impact on user satisfaction”, Juhola continues.

“Lindorff’s work is guided by responsibility, which is also an important principle for us at HiQ. We are happy and proud to work with such quality-oriented partner as Lindorff and to be able to use our expertise to help Lindorff to ensure even better user and customer experience”, says Jukka Rautio, managing director at HiQ Finland.

Lindorff is one of the leading providers of debt-related administrative services in Finland and in Europe. In 2010 the company’s turnover was 84 million euros. The Lindorff Group employs 2,600 persons in 11 countries: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. In 2010, the group’s net revenue was 391 million euros. www.lindorff.fi

HiQ & BatteryLoop develop more efficient charging infrastructure

BatteryLoop, a company which gives electric car batteries a second life as energy storage systems, launched an energy storage system in the spring of 2021 which makes it possible, among other things, to build charging infrastructure in places where the electricity grid suffers power shortages. In collaboration with HiQ, BatteryLoop is now developing a digital platform that makes it possible to maximize power in the charging infrastructure. The digital platform enables an estimate as to how long a battery has left to live, thus its economic value in a circular business model.

– It is fantastic that our team is joining BatteryLoop on this journey. Circular business models and sustainability are important to us at HiQ, and it really shows with this project. There is an incredible amount to do to streamline the use of energy in society and this solution is an important contribution to that process, says Sven Ivar Mørch, CEO of HiQ.
