Finland’s leading provider of debt-related administrative services, Lindorff, teams up with the quality expert HiQ to ensure the performance and scalability of its new system.
HiQ’s performance testing services provided Lindorff with valuable information on the state of its system and laid a foundation for enhanced user experience.

Therefore, performance testing as well as quality assurance in general is becoming increasingly important. Lindorff’s objective was to ensure successful performance of its new service, a collection commission management application that serves the entire collection commission life cycle and allows the company to communicate with the customer at every stage of the process.
