Training and development - starting working at HiQ
As a new consultant you take part in our introduction program. During the program your manager introduces you to all the colleagues you need to know from the start. HiQ's Consultant School allows you to discuss the roll of a consultant, situations that may arise and how to deal with them.
All new employees participate in a crash course where we go through the history of the company, our values, what we believe in and how we work.
Continuous development
Continuously working with and developing your competence is a necessity for any consultant. We offer our employees a range of courses, i.e. the educational program HiCollege. You pick out the courses yourself - learn more about SCRUM, project management or systems development. Or why not communication, LEAN or yoga?
Competence groups
In our competence groups we put an effort into developing and packaging our offers. If you are interested in i.e. Java, you can join that specific group and by exchanging work experience, raise yours and the other's competence in the subject.
