HiQ’s consultants have on average 10 years’ experience of managing projects using modern project methods.

Our project managers manage a wide range of different projects, including development of systems, products and services as well as test management and client project management.

We also conduct pre-studies and take responsibility for project start-up and planning, technology choice, requirements management, risk analysis and project assessment.

And we are very good at quality-assuring internal and external deliveries. Occasionally, some of our project managers are asked to perform the role of mentor or sparring partner on various issues relating to advanced technology.
